NayNest Shipping Policy

At NayNest, we strive to deliver your orders safely, promptly, and with love. Below are our shipping terms to help you understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
 • During sales, new launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer both local and international shipping (if applicable). Estimated delivery times:
 • Local Orders (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.
 • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—stay tuned on our social media or website!

4. Tracking Information
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or message with your tracking number and courier details.
• If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at naynest@outlook.com

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
• NayNest is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
• In rare cases of delay or loss, we will assist you in raising a query with the courier.
 • However, NayNest is not liable for packages lost or delayed by third-party courier services.

7. Combined or Split Orders

If you ordered multiple products (from different collections), they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking info for each.

8. Special Notes for Organic Products

Due to their handmade nature and sensitive formulation, organic products may require extra care during shipping. We take every precaution to pack them securely.

9. International Customs & Duties (If Applicable)
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
 • NayNest has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
