Refund policy
We only offer a refund or replacement if all the following conditions are met:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
• You provide clear unedited video proof of parcel opening, starting from the sealed package until the issue is visibly shown.
• The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
We do not accept any claims that:
• Are raised without a video of the unboxing.
• Are reported after 24 hours of delivery.
• Involve accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear caused by the customer.
• Relate to preferences (e.g., size/color change) or minor variations, especially for handmade or limited items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and custom-production reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable:
• Organic products (e.g., skincare, balms, etc.)
• Worn or used items
• Customised or personalised products
• Items sold at a discounted or clearance rate
How to Claim a Return or Refund (If Eligible)
1. Record an unedited video of opening the sealed parcel.
2. Email the video and a brief description of the issue to naynest@outlook.com within 24 hours.
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, we will offer:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
• We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet our return requirements.
• Return shipping (if needed) is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
